Since we started in 1999 we have sought to deliver quality construction work to each home owner that we have had the privilege to work with. We have endeavored to maintain clear and proactive communication throughout the project cycle, and to address any and all questions that have arisen.
Timely & Clean Construction
Once we begin work we proceed without interruptions until the work is complete. During our work we remove debris and keep the work site surroundings clean and safe.

Our estimates are comprehensive, detailed, and competitively calculated. We make every effort to anticipate unseen conditions to avoid “surprise” expenses.
How we do our work
We are certified by the manufacturer on the required installation procedures. We conduct our installation using safety equipment and well-maintained tools. We protect lawns, shrubbery, and decks from roofing debris. We seal wall transitions and chimney flashing to keep rain water from infiltrating. We sweep ground surfaces and driveways with a magnet to remove all debris and nails.

- We repair the roof decking if necessary
- We install ice & water shield
- We install a moisture shield layer
- We install new aluminum drip edges

Al replaced our roof in April of 2014 after we experienced hail damage. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in the work that was completed. He was extremely flexible in working with us and coordinating inspections since it was an insurance claim. He gave us a great finished product that is functional and great to look at. He went over and above the initial job due to issues from previous builders to help us remedy ventilation problems and even guided us through additional add-ons we requested. I would 100% use him again in the future.

Re-Roof the entire roof & create a soffit on the back & front of the house. Excellent top notch job!. They started on the date they said they would. Through out the entire job he kept me informed of what was going on & took pictures. They were neat & made sure all debris was picked up & put in the dumpster.

I had seen Al’s sign around town on job’s he was working on. After he was finished the jobs always looked great! When it was time for a new roof on my house, I contacted Al and he came over and sized up the job and gave me a quote. He was not the lowest and certainly not the highest quote I received before deciding to hire Diligent Builders. He and his crew were fast, clean and courteous. He was thorough and pointed out some areas where the underlying wood was weak and suggested that it be replaced as well as the flashing around my chimney. When finished the roof looked fantastic! I had peace of mind that every detail was repaired correctly. The extra repairs that were performed only increased the final price a small amount and I was thrilled.
